好快就到新年啦~~就算今年又因為疫情唔可以去拜年,但都會一家人齊齊整整係屋企食賀年食品,但要小心唔好以為自己食唔肥就當正餐食,一陣唔小心過完年有「三高」,因為哩啲賀年食品其實卡路里好驚人😱😱例如一塊年糕已經等於一碗飯嘅熱量,如果擔心最好就唔好一次過食太多,始終「少食多滋味」!
